Guideline 5: Radical Inclusion is not above safety

Radical Inclusion is a founding principle, but it is subordinate to safety, consent, and care — radically including one person must not become the tacit exclusion of the many who no longer feel safe. The community is not a legal body and cannot formally discipline anyone; what it can and must do is protect the spaces it creates.
