Survey block: safety, consent, and reporting

The safety core measures: felt safety at events, ease of saying "no", appetite for fewer rules with more direct feedback, theft experience, personal safety responsibility (trip-buddies, telling someone where you're going), witnessed or experienced discomfort — with an optional invitation to name the person — harassment experience by type, views on exclusion situations, whether people know how and to whom to report, whether consequences feel clear today, whom respondents would trust with sensitive information, and an optional contact-info field for a confidential follow-up conversation.
