Fairness means both parties are held safely and impartially, with each story heard in full by more than one person. Interpersonal conflicts get a facilitated safe container that prevents escalation, bullying, manipulation, avoidance, or one party being overpowered. The community commits to noticing its own biases — including how a person's perceived attractiveness changes which behaviours get tolerated or punished, and any individual pro-intervention leanings — and to strive for fairness anyway.
