Education that actually lands

A dedicated education workstream — a content team working with external experts under a professional code of conduct, alongside the community manager and educators group already forming — builds engaging material: short, powerful multimedia, gamified and depolarised, never classroom-style, and never forced on people. The premise is hard-won: documenting something is not the same as creating awareness of it, and the people who most need the material are the least likely to read it. Training material is published early as a working document open to public commentary; teaching is treated as the community's best lever for change, and fast-tracking the work requires the right people.
